Every scrim gets its own private thread, a confirmed detail card, and a public announcement — kept in sync automatically. No more chasing details across DMs. Booking is a sequence, and each stage is triggered by one specific action. Once you know which action moves a scrim forward, the whole bot follows.

A member presses a team button

On the scrim panel — FSC Scrim, MSC Scrim, or Co-Ed Scrim.

The bot opens a private thread

With them, and pings that team’s leads.

A lead confirms the details

/setscrim — date, opponent, mode, rules.

A lead publishes it

/scrimschedule — a card appears in the schedule channel.

Optionally, signups open

/scrimsignup post — players claim roster spots themselves.

It gets played

One button marks it Complete.

The states

Cancelled and Closed are reachable at any point before completion. Full detail on the status reference.
