Two rules worth remembering

Co-Ed draws from both rosters, and one role is enough. An FSC player can join a Co-Ed scrim without holding the MSC role.
Leads are scoped to their own team. An FSC lead can run FSC and Co-Ed scrims but not MSC ones. Holding the server-wide lead role runs everything, and admins always can.

Roster is not lead

Being on a roster does not make you a lead. Those are deliberately separate roles — playing for a team and running its scrims are different jobs.
