# One-time setup

    `/scrimconfig` — set the panel and schedule channels, plus the lead role.

    `/scrimpanel` → **Teams** — set the FSC and MSC roster and lead roles.

    `/scrimpanel` → **Signups** — set each team's signup channel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Rules channels" icon="scale-balanced">
    `/scrimpanel` → **Rules Channels** — set the HP and SND rules channels.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Put the panel live" icon="rocket">
    `/scrimpanel` → **Post / Update Panel**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write the rules" icon="pen">
    `/scrimrules` for HP and SND.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  **Step 2 matters most.** A team's button only appears once that team has roles,
  and **Co-Ed** appears once FSC and MSC both do.

  Until then all three buttons show and everything falls back to the server-wide
  lead role — nothing is broken, it just isn't team-specific yet.
